Is it normal to feel attracted to feet/legs?

Lately I have discovered I have a bit of a foot-fetish. I don't think it's quite extreme like licking or smelling dirty or sweaty feet, but a few years ago I had an experience with a woman and her feet and it surprised me how much I enjoyed it.
